At Kuber Events, we take pride in delivering beautifully curated products and event-related materials with utmost care and professionalism.
 This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all physical items dispatched by Kuber Events, such as:

  • Wedding invitations & stationery

  • Guest hampers, favors, and giveaways

  • Customized décor elements or props

  • Trousseau packing and bridal gifts

  • Merchandise or event-related accessories

All deliveries are handled in coordination with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely arrival.

 

 

2️⃣ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after confirmation and payment as per the approved proposal or quotation.

  • Processing time may vary depending on product customization, vendor timelines, and destination location.

  • Standard dispatch timeline: 7–21 business days (for domestic deliveries), unless otherwise stated.

  • For bulk or international shipments, timelines will be shared on a case-by-case basis.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details once your shipment has been handed over to the courier.

 

 

3️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

  • All applicable costs will be clearly mentioned in your quotation or invoice.

  • In case of international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) shall be borne by the client/recipient.

 

 

4️⃣ Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International delivery: 10–25 business days, depending on destination and courier availability.

  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as logistics disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or customs clearance.

Kuber Events will assist in tracking and coordinating with logistics partners but cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the shipment has left our premises.

 

 

5️⃣ Packaging & Handling

  • All items are securely packed using industry-standard materials to ensure safe delivery.

  • Fragile and decorative products are shipped with extra protective packaging.

  • Clients are advised to inspect parcels upon delivery and immediately report any damage or tampering.

 

 

6️⃣ Damages or Lost Shipments

  • In case of visible damage, tampering, or missing parcels, please notify us at info@kuberevents.in within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to initiate an investigation or replacement process.

  • Kuber Events will not be liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by courier mishandling once the shipment is in transit.

  • Refunds or replacements (if applicable) will follow our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.

 

 

7️⃣ In-Person Deliveries

For wedding-related projects where in-person deliveries or on-site setups are required (e.g., décor materials, gifts, hampers, trousseau displays):

  • Delivery and setup timelines will be mutually decided during the planning stage.

  • Additional logistics charges (transport, loading/unloading, manpower) may apply as per event location and volume.

 

 

8️⃣ International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries for products like invitations, hampers, and gifts.

  • All duties, customs, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Kuber Events is not responsible for delays due to customs inspections or import restrictions in the destination country.

 

 

9️⃣ Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure all shipping addresses are complete and accurate, including contact number and postal code.

  • Kuber Events will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

  • Re-delivery or reshipment (if possible) will incur additional charges.
